The event was held on the afternoon of the 28th July. The weather behaved and the competitors and visitors enjoyed glorious conditions. Many thanks to all the vehicle entrants from near and far, some have attended in all 3 annual events, so we must be doing something right!. With their loyal support and all new comers our Rally should be good for a few years into the future.
The favourite vehicles by popular vote on the day were:-
Car – Ian Keir with his Red Ford Capri 3.0S
Tractor – Iain Garden with his 1960 Ford Dexta
Motorbike – Brian Henderson with his Suzuki Bandit
Each category winner received an engraved glass.
Special thanks to major raffle donations from KBM (Keith), Sellars (Huntly), Keith Motorist DIY and many other contributions from the community.
Local support with volunteers to staff the BBQ, tea’s & coffee’s, registrations, raffle selling, and raffle draw was once again fantastic. Thanks to Bob Yuill in providing printing services, but sadly the event was Yuill free on the day.
